Most hotels capture enquiries, but lose visibility the moment a lead enters the pipeline. No one knows when it was contacted, whether it converted, or how long each stage actually took.

This system was built to make that invisible layer visible. Two connected n8n workflows handle the full lead lifecycle, from the moment a form is submitted, to the moment a booking is confirmed or lost.

Hotel Ganga Palace - Direct Enquiry System

Hotel · Haridwar, Uttarakhand

The hotel had decent occupancy through OTAs, but zero direct channel. Every booking came with a commission cut and zero guest relationship.

The real insight: WhatsApp is India's most trusted closing channel. But guests don't arrive on WhatsApp from nothing, they need trust first. The page builds that trust, then hands off to WhatsApp frictionlessly.
